LOGO COMPETITION
LOGO COMPETITION
AQUAMARIS 2020-2023
Today we announce the COMPETITION FOR THE LOGO of the project “AQUAMARIS”
As the first activity of the Erasmus K2 2020/2023 project "AQUAMARIS-Acquiring Marine Ecology Insight for Sustainability" every partner school (of the six countries Germany, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Latvia) must launch a competition for the creation of a logo that will become the identification of the project. The creation of the logo is a fundamental moment as every project must have its own identity represented by the symbol chosen which will be shown on all documents and on all Erasmus official sites. All the students of the school IES Vega de Mijas can participate in the competition.
REGULATION
Please remember that the logo MUST CONTAIN the NAME OF THE PROJECT (which is: AQUAMARIS).
1) DEADLINE
It will last November 2021
2) CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LOGO, SIZE AND FORMAT
The logo should be related to the project: “AQUAMARIS. Acquiring Marine Ecology Insight for Sustainability” which involves six countries that have close relationships with the sea and the related human activities in ecological and economic terms. An interest in the conservation of this part of the environment is common to all.
Investigations of fauna, flora and water in the waters adjacent to the participating cities and in the coastal regions are central areas of the project including aspects of the so-called blue economy. Sustainability strategies in the areas of tourism, fishing and shipping complement the biological aspect.
Project size and format: max 200x200 mm, JPG 300 DPI (size A4), shape of a square, or similar. The logo can be sent to this e-mail address (rguerod286@g.educaand.es).
Tecnique: colour, type of the technique is not specified, you are free to decide. However, the logo shouldn't contain tiny details and should be readable/clear to read both in small size and on large posters. The logo may be a team work of 2 students.
3) EXCLUSION FROM THE COMPETITION
The logo MUST be original and cannot be a copy of already existing logos.
We exclude from the competition the projects which (fully or partly) have entered other competitions or which have been published in any form before.
The projects must respect good manners, must be in accordance with the existing law and they cannot violate the rights of the third party
4) SELECTION BOARD
The logos will be discussed and graded by a committee, consisting of the coordinator, as well as teachers in our respective schools.
The projects will receive a first selection in each school by a jury made up of teachers. Two logos will be chosen. The final evaluation will be carried out by the selection board made up of the coordinators of the six partner countries (Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Latvia and Greece) via on-line in the beginning of december 2021.
